As a guy who has never had a Brazilian or buttocks wax before let alone never waxed any other region of my body, Helen was amazing and I felt comfortable the entire time and the results are amazing. The total price for the male Brazilian and buttocks wax was excellent at $155. Thank you again Helen and the staff for the top notch service. I Will 100% come back next time I need a wax.

First time visitor Daughter gave me a gift voucher for my birthday...facial and back/shoulder massage. Excellent all round from appointment to procedures.. felt relaxed and refreshed on departure. Highly recommend .Nice consultant, enjoyed our chat also.

I went here for my first ever Brazilian wax and it went great! I didn't catch the name of the lady who waxed me, possibly due to my nerves, but she was very professional and I'm very happy with my results. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back for more appointments! :)

I have visited many other beauty salons, particularly in the Parramatta area, but Ywax stands apart in the quality of customer care and treatment. I have been a client of Ywax for about 2 years. Rebecca is my preferred beauty therapist, although I have always had a good experience with the other therapists when she was not available. I am not one to buy into package deals, especially on beauty/pamper packages, but since my first visit with Rebecca, 2 years ago now, I have only bought facial and treatment packages. I just knew that I would return. I visit for the massages, microdermabrasion facials, waxing, laser - amongst others which may be of interest at the time. What sets this service aside is that, not only do the treatments produce strong results but the staff, particularly, Rebecca, are experienced, highly competent and genuinely seem to enjoy their work - as a client you will reap the benefits of such in your treatment/s! I also find the salon/clinic professional, clean, organised, spacious and serene/calming. The right kind of environment for pure indulgence.

Relaxation at its finest. The whole experience was bliss. The clinic was clean, the staff were professional and the services were second to none. The staff were knowledgable and helpful, making recommendations about how to maintain optimal skin conditions. They were warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

The massage was incredible and the facial they tailor to your needs which was great. Left with my skin feeling amazing! Did a fantastic job on my eyebrows as well! All in all a wonderful way to spend a day.

I had a lovely salt massage at Ywax Parramatta, it was so relaxing and much needed. Then my microdermabrasion facial left my skin so smooth and glowing still 2 days later. I've booked an appointment to return in 1 month!

I have been a loyal client of YWAX for the past seven years and I cannot recommend this business highly enough. The whole team are friendly, caring, experienced and knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much for them. Rebecca has been my beauty therapist for many years and has the hands of an angel... Hi I Just had to write a review because I was just so happy after my appointment today. I just came in for a 12pm appointment with Rebecca. She done such a thorough job and I am extremely impressed. I got a Brazilian wax which she done very well and thoroughly as well as an eyebrow wax. I have never been to a place and had them offer to use cover up and fill in the brow after the waxing, I always dread leaving the beauty salon with those red marks on my face but not today! Thank you again, well worth the money and even more!

Really lovely experience when I attended the salon for a 1 hour facial. The therapist Lauren who did my treatment was amazing and that was without a doubt the best facial I've had at any salon! Amazing massage and relaxing facial, my skin was glowing and I felt really great afterwards. the salon itself was really modern and well looked after-and the treatment rooms were really private and quiet which is exactly what I was hoping for during my facial.

Service was great! Friendly and prompt! And massage was perfect! I didn't know what to expect but it was exactly what I needed! Masseuse asked pressure to use for massage before starting and would do it harder at my request. My body loved every second of it! :)

I went to YWAX to be waxed. I must say, they were so professional. The lady that delt with me did an amazing job. She followed the hygiene standards, she was polite, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Might i say, their salon is really clean and professional. The massage was a perfect combination of relaxation and deep massage. The room was gorgeous with fragrant candles and the masseuse Lauren was friendly and very professional. It was an amazing gift and I'd recommend anyone offer it to someone in need of some pampering. I'll be buying it for myself from now on!

If you're looking for a nice and relaxing experience, this is for you. The liquid salt massage had me dozing off to sleep, and the facial afterwards was even better. Nice dark room with ambient music playing softly in the background, a comfortable massage table, and good service. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am a new woman! I was given a voucher for Christmas and I am astounded by the level of service I received from the minute I walked in the door to the second I walked out. Nicole did my Dead Sea Salt Scrub, Mud Wrap and a Full Body Massage. I can't even begin to describe how amazing they were. Nicole instantly made me feel comfortable and she is absolutely wonderful at her work and so lovely! Rebecca did my facial and I have to say, my skin has never looked so good! She was very knowledgeable about skin care and helped me to understand my skin type and the areas I need to focus on in my regime. Rebecca knew all about the products and was very helpful. I have had many facials in the past but I must admit, I have never had a facial as amazing as the one I had yesterday. I bought the products as recommended by Rebecca and already I can notice a difference. Thank you YWAX. I will be back! See you in a fortnight!!! Alexis :)

I am a self confessed beauty jumper (I previously jumped from salon to salon) BUT I have been going to Ywax Parramatta since 2009 now and I have never wanted or needed to look elsewhere. I have used a large range of the services available, Laser, HealLite, Eyebrow wax/tint, Eyelash tint, Massage, Facials, Teeth whitening, Spray Tans, just to name a few! I have never had any problems, I always leave a very happy customer. I commend the Ywax staff on how comfortable they make you feel, especially during some of the more personal laser treatments (Brazilian!), when you ask for advice it is always honest and factual. I travel almost 25mins to Ywax and it's worth every minute you will not be disappointed they cannot be beaten on quality service, knowledge AND price. Oh and the late closing time is a BIG bonus. I highly recommend Ywax

YWAX Is my go to place for all my beauty needs. I had previously had laser treatment at a laser clinic in Top Ryde and I did not get the results I expected. After one session of laser treatment with Amy at YWAX I began to see results. I visit YWAX weekly for a spray tan and I can honestly say it's That good I am addicted! I love it. I've never come across a therapist or tanning solution that is more perfect for my skin. I love my glowing, even weekly tans from Amy and Nicole. I've also had my brows shaped at YWAX and I loved them! YWAX is a gorgeous and extremely clean salon with friendly therapists and a lovely boy on front desk. I highly recommend YWAX.

Really great laser experience! I have had laser over many years with different clinics and laser machines (the earlier diode laser which required gel to be put on before and the candela alexandrite laser). I decided to try ywax as I'm at the stage I just need touch up laser treatments and I was so sick of going to other clinics that have terrible service and don't cover a full treatment area (yep I'm going to name and shame - Laser Clinics Australia and Results Laser Clinic), a brazilian is a brazilian and so many laser clinics don't cover the whole area and want you to pay for extra treatment areas which are actually part of the brazilian area! Ywax treated the whole brazilian area properly - no hidden fees in having to add on other areas. The laser was great and for me didn't hurt any more than the candela laser does. My clinician was really nice, informative and professional. Even just the little things which should be standard (e.g. providing a towel to cover myself) made the experience so much better than what I've ever had at LCA or Results Laser (I mean who doesn't provide a towel at a salon!) Definitely found my new laser clinic!

Best Brazilian wax in Parramatta..i went for a brazilian + full leg wax while pregnant..the service was excellent..it didn't hurt as much as i had anticipated..the beautician Lauren took her time and was so nice..she was very professional and knew what she was doing..will definitely go back and highly recommend this place..very clean but the only drawback was the room was very hot and i kept on sweating the whole time.

I had a laser treatment here for hair removal. They had a special on, which was $99 for brazilian, underarms and lower legs. The treatment was only mildly painful, with most pain on the sensitive areas but it is over very quickly, under 20 minutes. They offer a 25% discount for 8 sessions if you like, and that is the recommended number of sessions you would go for generally (more or less according to the individual and the places being treated).

I called and booked myself in for 3 wax treatments. Amy was really lovely and I found her very helpful and calming as one of the treatments I hadn't had before. She made an invasive experience totally fine. The waxing was easy and effective she did a great job. She also recommended laser hair removal for my skin and hair type which I knew nothing about so I will be going back for that next time. I was really happy with the price and service would highly recommend. Ywax is open till 7 each week night which makes it easy to arrange appointments that suit. Parking is a bit of a nightmare in this part of parramatta though. $80 for all 3 treatments I was impressed.

All the staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Service is great, and prices are very reasonable. They also have a rewards club where you can earn points on your services and use them towards payment. The salon also smells devine.
